Our sealants, specially developed for air ducts, are highly resistant to a wide range of substances and are approved in accordance with current national and international guidelines and standards. In our range you will find sealants of the most diverse origin and composition. We have sealants on a hybrid polymer basis, butyl rubber basis and polyacrylic basis.

With the help of our sealants, joints as well as the longitudinal seam of air ducts can be reliably sealed. The majority of our sealants can also be used in the area of kitchen exhaust air without any problems and also achieve the best results here. Suitability in accordance with the hygiene guideline VDI 6022 is standard for our sealants.

GEBHARDT-PLAST

Gebhardt-PLAST is an injectable, solvent- and silicone-free single component sealing compound. Gebhardt-PLAST is a polyacrylic dispersion and meets the hygiene requirements for use in HVAC systems according to VDI 6022.Available in a cartridge, tube or bucket.

GEBHARDT-MASTIC

Gebhardt-MASTIC is an injectable silicone-free single-component sealing compound based on butyl rubber. Gebhardt-MASTIC meets the hygiene requirements for use in HVAC systems according to VDI 6022. It is versatile (used indoor and outdoors), UV and weather resistant, as well as free of substances that might be detrimental to paint adhesion and can be painted over.Available in a cartridge or tube.

Gebhardt-MAXX meets the hygiene requirements for use in HVAC systems according to VDI 6022. In addition, Gebhardt-MAXX is proven as suitable for use in food processing plants and food-carrying vehicles. It is versatile (used indoor and outdoors), UV and weather resistant, as well as free of substances that might be detrimental to paint adhesion and can be painted over. It is also suitable for powder coating.

In addition, Gebhardt-MAXX is chararcterized by low shrinkage and remains permanently flexible.

GEBHARDT-GEL

In order to achieve higher sealing classes, the sealing of the longitudinal seam of air ducts is unavoidable. To save time and additional work it is advantageous to seal the duct seam from the inside, by injection during the forming and closing of the seam. Gebhardt-GEL for seam closing machines meets the hygiene requirements for use in HVAC systems according to VDI 6022 and is the ideal sealant for this purpose.Gebhardt-GEL is solvent-free, odour-neutral and also free of substances that might be detrimental to paint adhesion. It has a high temperature resistance of -30 °C – + 120 °C.
