Gebhardt-Stahl's headquarters are located in Werl (North Rhine-Westphalia). This is where the administration, production, warehouse and development departments are based. A second location is in Arnsberg-Neheim, where certain commercial and technical departments are located. The job advertisement usually specifies which location the position is for.
Different models apply depending on the area:
- In production, we work in shifts.
- In the commercial area, flexitime models with core working hours apply.
