Cold-rolled profiles are metal sections manufactured using a roll forming process at room temperature.
During this process, the material (such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium or other non-ferrous metals) is shaped by passing it through a series of rollers to produce precise and customised cross-sections. These profiles are characterised by high dimensional accuracy, versatility and quality, and can be tailored for a wide range of applications.
We manufacture profiles from galvanised steel, pickled steel, stainless steel (e.g. 1.4301 / AISI 304, 1.4404 / AISI 316L), aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.
Sheet thicknesses vary depending on the profile type and application. Typical thicknesses range from 0.7 to 4.0 mm for reinforcement profiles and from 0.4 to 4.0 mm for customised special profiles.
We offer a wide range of processing methods, including punching, mitre cutting, deburring, stamping, milling, laser cutting, and many more.
We produce a wide variety of profiles, including U-profiles, C-profiles, G-profiles, L-profiles, hat profiles, slotted tubes, welded square tubes, and thermally broken profiles.
Yes, we produce free 3D models of your profile up to a length of 30 cm. The material used is bio-based PLA plastic, which offers particularly high strength.
The profiles are used in industries such as construction, solar technology, mechanical engineering, container manufacturing, doors and gates, underfloor heating, shopfitting, and more.
Air Duct Solutions & HVAC components
Our ductwork profiles meet the requirements of airtightness classes C and D (TÜV Nord certified), corresponding to ATC classes 3 and 2.
We offer Gebhardt-PLAST, Gebhardt-MASTIC, Gebhardt-SILIC-N, Gebhardt-MAXX, and ceramic sealing tapes for various applications and temperature ranges.
Flexible joints made from polyester/PVC, glass fibre/PU, glass fibre/neoprene, glass fibre/aluminium, and glass fibre/silicone are available.
The flex.x connector system is a versatile DIY system designed for the fabrication of compensators and flexible joints.
Access doors are available for rectangular and oval ducts, featuring polyethylene foam gaskets or self-adhesive edge protection.
Processing & Logistics
Many of our customers order their profiles bundled in 6-metre lengths. Technically, we are able to supply lengths ranging from 0.3 to 12 metres – whatever suits your requirements.
We can supply profiles not only in the standard stock length of 6 metres but also cut to your requested fixed lengths. Alternative bundle sizes are also available upon request, including different bar lengths, delivery in boxes, and sea-worthy packaging – please get in touch with us.
