Our products offer a wide range of options, from drive cleats and duct clamps to laying and cold shrink tapes in various sizes – perfectly tailored to your individual requirements. An often overlooked but crucial factor for optimum tightness is choosing the right sealing tape and applying it precisely. This is the only way to guarantee a reliable connection in air duct construction in the long term.
Support angles & Hangers
Easy to use, inexpensive to purchase and a reliable solution for suspending rectangular and round air ducts – that's our duct angles and hangers. They are easily attached directly to the respective component using screws or rivets.
Our air duct support angles and hangers come fully assembled, offer improved sound insulation and are tested in accordance with DIN 4109 (sound insulation standard, comparable to ASTM E90 in the US and BS EN ISO 717 in the UK/Europe). They are galvanised and equipped with a patented, screw-on rubber buffer and a sheet metal washer. Suitable for threaded rods with a diameter of 10 mm, the components can be flexibly adapted to your needs in various versions.
Pipe Clamps
Our high-quality pipe clamps offer the perfect solution for the professional installation of round air duct systems and spiral ducts. They come with a welded M8/M10 combination nut, which allows for easy adjustment to pipe tolerances. The two locking screws ensure precise fastening.
With a generous opening angle, installation is quick and easy. For pipe diameters ≤ 400 mm, the snap-in swivel lock makes handling even easier.
For optimum acoustic decoupling, the pipe clamps are equipped with a form-fitting sound insulation insert. This is silicone- and halogen-free, which greatly expands the possible applications of the pipe clamps. The insulation insert remains temperature-resistant from -30°C to +80°C
Beam Clamps
Our beam clamps offer a professional solution for securely attaching air duct systems to metal supports – without additional drilling. Simply attach the clamp to the support and connect it to the component to be suspended using a threaded rod – it couldn't be quicker.
Made of robust, galvanised cast iron, the beam clamps come with a mounted clamping screw and are available with or without thread. This guarantees simple yet extremely stable installation.
