From slit strip to profile.
With our experience in the roll forming process, we produce cold-rolled profiles that fulfil even the highest requirements. Continuous forming technology enables the precise, economical and material-friendly production of profiles with complex geometries.
Our design department is constantly developing new solutions to ensure maximum stability and efficiency.
We process steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals on our high-performance roll forming lines. We roll strip material with widths of up to 350 mm and material thicknesses of 0.4 to 4.0 mm - in flexible lengths of 300 to 12,000 mm.
From trading company to group of companies
1973
Manfred Gebhardt founded Gebhardt-Stahl in Werl in the 1970s. From a trading company, it developed into a specialist for high-quality profiles in window construction and ventilation technology (HVAC).
1990
In 1990, Gebhardt-Stahl began production of reinforcement and air duct profiles on 2,000 m². In 1994, we expanded the area to approx. 4,000 m² in order to promote further growth and innovation.
2001
With the founding of Gebhardt-Stahl Polska in Stare Miasto in 2001, we strengthen our presence in East Europe. Itenables efficient production and better supply to international customers.
2010
In 2010, we open a new production hall and warehouse in Werl. With an area of 4,500 m², the production and logistics infrastructure is significantly expanded to meet increasing demand.
