Gebhardt-Stahl is well known all over Europe and even worldwide as a supplier of high quality steel reinforcements for numerous PVCu window systems. We supply lots of manufacturers of PVCu windows and doors with all needed steel reinforcement sections.
We’re currently able to manufacture far more than 2.000 different steel sections. Besides steel reinforcement sections our range includes bespoke profiles for various industry sectors, steel vineyard stakes and fence posts.
Further we are recognized as a reliable and innovative supplier for the HVAC industry. In the run of the last years we’ve become one of the most capable and biggest suppliers in this sector.
Our company is distinguished by long-time experience in roll forming, a wide range of products, innovation and consistent high quality. To preserve the high quality of our products and the performance of our production, we constantly invest in the modernization of our machines and the know-how of our employees.

Our many years of experience in the roll forming process, our wide range of products and our constant striving for quality and precision have made us a successful global supplier of steel reinforcement, special and air duct profiles.
In order to maintain and continuously expand this progress, we regularly invest in the modernisation of our machinery, which now comprises 13 profiling lines, as well as in the know-how of our trained specialist staff. Currently, our more than 2,200 profile geometries are produced at three locations.
Precision
Our modern machines, on which we also manufacture laser-welded profiles, open up a wide range of production possibilities. Even profiles with individual perforations are produced by us in the highest quality for the most diverse applications. Our engineers from the design department are supported by the simulation programme "COPRA" when planning demanding profiles.
