We manufacture profiles from galvanised steel, pickled steel, stainless steel (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4404), aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.
The sheet thicknesses vary depending on the profile type and application. Typical thicknesses are between 0.7 - 4.0 mm for reinforcement profiles and 0.4 - 4.0 mm for special profiles.
Many of our customers purchase their profiles bundled in 6 metre lengths. Technically, we are able to deliver from 0.3 to 12 metres - just as you wish.
We offer processing methods such as punching, mitre cutting, deburring, punching, milling and lasering, and many more.
We produce a wide range of profiles, including U-profiles, C-profiles, G-profiles, L-profiles, hat profiles, slotted tubes, welded square tubes and thermally broken profiles.
Yes, we can produce free 3D models for your profile up to a length of 30 cm. The material used is bio-based PLA plastic, which is particularly strong.
