Bespoke profiles

Our experienced team of engineers, design engineers and sales managers will advise you on the development of the optimal profile. Drawings and 3D models for the visualisation of the new profile as well as calculations (e.g. structural analysis and heat transfer) are indispensable tools. It is possible to discover and solve many problems which can arise before the production of prototypes. This saves time and money.

Any necessary tools can be made at short notice. In general, the tooling costs for cold-rolled profiles are very low, compared to tooling costs in other manufacturing processes. You can benefit from a significant financial-saving potential.

A prototype is almost irreplaceable for checking the function. Therefore, we produce the required prototypes promptly and carry out an initial sample test with you in order to be able to make detailed adjustments if necessary. Series production only takes place after your approval for optimum results at all times.

We achieve maximum quality in raw materials through long-term cooperation with the leading steel mills and steel service centres. We process raw materials, which are characterised by:

• Consistent technical properties (elongation at fracture, tensile strength, etc.)
• Desired surface texture

Consistent high quality in production is guaranteed by the use of state-of-the-art machines. Continuous investments in the maintenance, servicing and modernisation of the machinery enable:

• Exact radii
• Minimal deviations in straightness and length
• Precise adherence to profile contours
• Continuous checks and readjustment
• An optimum profile cut
• using modern saws or shearing tools (if possible)

It goes without saying that our products are subject to continuous quality checks during and after production.

The packaging of your profiles should not be underestimated. The bundled profiles can only be safely transported and stored using clean, safe packaging.Your needs and wishes are always at the focus of our considerations, from the choice of profiles, through to bundling and packaging.

If you often need a profile with a certain length, ordering fix lengths is an viable option for you.You will receive the profiles accurately bundled and sawn precisely to the required lengths. You save time-consuming processing and the entire sawing process. The profiles are directly ready for further processing.

• Profiles are stored in lengths of 6,000 mm and sawn to the desired length when requested
• It is also possible to store fixed lengths according to specifications, for short response times
